Welcome, perch. Nice pic of Tory. I wish I could run with my brother or sister, but I'll have to be content in that I've run with my dad even though he's now packed in the running (NOT walking or chinups) at age 82.

hally, from the intro thread, yes, I do remember you told me your brother is in The Hague. Let me know when you're going and I'll show you around (although Amsterdam is MUCH more fun).

Mrs. Labduck, also from the intro thread, now you're being even sillier than I know you to be. Hope to see you this weekend. If not, October for sure!

JJJ, congrats on reaching the milestone. That race looks like a beaut!!! I hope that ankle of yours is ready for it. If in doubt, try one of those AirCasts. Silly looking, I know, but it may save further injury. My PT advised you risk having a really "floppy" ankle if it doesn't heal properly.

John, I'm glad to hear you're levitating. You'll free up more van space for those of us on the floor.

I hadn't planned to run today, just a short one tomorrow, but I think I'll go out tonight for a jaunt with MustangSally's headlamp. I'm just a tad anxious about running in the dark and having to make a quick adjustment with my not-yet-fully-healed-but-just-fine-to-run-on-thank-you ankle.

I am so excited I can barely stand myself. Back to packing ...
