Good morning, TEAM LIT!

Tri-Tamster: Unstructured fun as a next step post-race sounds good and is what most people should stick with. And it can be a lot of fun, trying new things, letting the workout go where it wants -- be it a stroll in the park, an utter hammer fest, or even up a mountain

Me...

10.5 mile hill-tempo run early this morning including 7 repeats of a .3+ mile hill broken up into 4 and 3 and a two charges of a mile long gentle incline:

o WU - 28 min (included one pass of Hill + charge of mile long gentle incline)

o 4 x Hill (2:09, 2:09, 2:09. 2:10)

o Temp 20 min (charge of mile long gentle incline)

o 3 x Hill (2:15, 2:19, 2:12)

o CD - jog home ~.5 miles

*Dragged ass much of this workout. Just didn't feel fluid or strong on the hills, nor tempo pacing. But wanted to get this in since I have social runs the remainder of the week. Hill repeats are 5 to 10 seconds off where I should be. You can tell I was cooked toward the end with random splits. Had fun jamming to a new band on my iPod. Good stuff. Humid morning.

Great day, Tri-peeps!
