4.08 miles in cloudy conditions. 42:38. No hills, not a bad run. My knee felt OK, too. I still used ice after and my trusty roller. I'm hoping to avoid pain on my 6 mile run scheduled for Friday. I wonder if we'll run some hills...<br><br>
Good workouts everyone. With the snow we had last night and probably more today, I think tomorrow will be a snow run. We had 10" at our house last night and this morning. Humph!<br><br>
