<p>I had this 60 minute trainer ride: 10 easy, 10min
30 big gear/:30easy), 3 x 1 min hard/1min rest, 2 x 2min hard /2min rest, 1 x 3min hard, 3min rest, then go back down the ladder to 3 x 1min. hard was as hard as you could go. That was ok, then 30 minutes on the tm, build to about 7 pace for 5 minutes, then shut it down easy. At 20 minutes my old leg injury hurt, I stopped and turned off the tm. Hopefully it was just a twitch or something. I have a half iron this weekend... F*CK!... effing track last night.</p>
