11.35 moh this morning in 8:02 avg pace. Very humid but not too bad this morning. Temps going back up into the 90's for another week now. We may pass the fall season altogether.

Going to pre order a couple iphones Friday. Ours are the original 3g phones we've had for about 2.5 years. Julie's is so "updated" it locks up most of the time. We aren't iphone geeks but it's what we know and I can't tell the other phones are any better so I guess we'll stay with what we know. I'm actually lucky someone can show me how to use the one I have.

Hi KS! Nice run this morning!

Our temps have gone back up and this morning was a lovely 15°C. Decided yesterday that I'd spend the rest of the week checking out some local trails that I've not had chance to run yet. Hit the Long Sault Conservation Area this morning, 30 minutes east of home, which promised several loops of forest double track of anywhere from 2.9 to 4.3K per loop and lots of good steady climbs. Ran three of the loops, two rated "advanced" and one "beginner".... pushed all the climbs hard ........ for a total of 6.5 miles. Lovin' it!!!

Have a wonderful day, everyone!
