I'll start the daily run thread, though with nothing to report for today, unless we want to talk driving miles. It's a rest day.

Tomorrow I'm planning on racing a 5 mile Turkey Trot, and I sure hope I feel better than I do this morning so I can have the best race possible.

Happy Thanksgiving to all of you, and good running!

Good luck in the turkey trot tomorrow, SGH.

I ran a slow recovery-like 3.7 miles this morning. Nice weather for a run. It's supposed to be raining and getting colder (again) tomorrow.

Sounds quite treacherous already Grizz. Glad everything went all right.

Good luck SGH.

Looks like I'll be added to the recovery runners. I'm surprised I'm not sore today. Usually after a run I'll be pretty sore once I start moving around after all the logging and computer checking but I woke up this morning and felt pretty fresh. I'll make myself take it easy though today. Hoping for another longish run tomorrow though...probably 8.

Welcome back Flounder. I posted to you in yesterday's thread.

Good luck, SGH!

Nothing today and I've run only once in the past 8 days.

The good news is my calf strain felt much better today - less pain and improved range-of-motion. Outlook is good for a return. I hope to post about a run in California, soon.

Happy Thanksgiving.

I bummed out today and it felt nice to be lazy for a day. Making up for my sins with a 10 miler tomorrow morning. Off to a friends house who I haven't seen in forever (Laura, if any of you remember my accident story, to play Guitar Hero), so that should be a blast.
