Have a good practice, Alex.

9.5 miles this morning. Fall is back in Florida. Yay. The humidity was a bit lower. Hence, many people were out and about.

Have good runs everyone.

6.09 miles 51:21 (8:26) ... just a general aerobic run, nothing special. That'll be my longest run for this week, other than Sunday.

7.7 sweaty miles in 1:10:35 for an average pace of 9:06. This is excluding water stops. It was 71 degrees and 90 percent humidity this morning.

Easy practice with 10 minutes warm up, quarter kinda not-as-slowish in 1:50, then hard in 1:18. Then went back inside and stretched. After practice I tried on some new spikes and did a few striders in the grass and on the track.

I feel ready for tomorrow!

Plan tonight was 7 miles with 2 at marathon pace. I did not do too well.

I did 2 miles as a warm up then did the 2 that were supposed to be at MP. Problem is, they were much too fast. I cooled down with 3 easy miles.

I'm hoping to burn off 2600 or so calories and have a bit of a tour of the city of Lowell.

5 miles on the treadmill including 5 X 3:00 at half marathonish pace (7:53-8:13)/1 min rest. This cut-back week is killing me, I say! I will be chomping at the bit on Sunday, especially if the nice forecast stays.

Also, 1 hour of teaching pilates.

Nice to see you, Flounder. I thought of you and how you won the battle with Grandma during my steamy marathon last weekend. Working the report now.

EQ and Jen- hows the weather forecast looking? The temps here dropped 30 degrees in the last 48 hours. Its has to be decent for you, eh?

Me-
Last night: Cycled to the track and ran 5 easy miles with the group.
Today: A complete rest day.

I just sent in a race app for the Grand Rapids marathon. So I'm re-running the marathon in 18 days.
