I am not going to be able to run today. However, I signed up for a free 5 week Iron Yoga series here at work, starts this evening. Here is the description:

Created by Ironman triathlete Anthony Carillo, Iron Yoga® blends strength-training with Yoga. Improve lean muscle mass, flexibility, and range of motion, while developing proper breathing techniques, and sharpening mental focus skills. No prior experience in weights or yoga is necessary.

I have to bring hand weights, so I brought my 2-lb ones since I haven't really been doing any weights. It should be interesting, because I've also never done yoga of any kind before. This is kind of my trial run, and if I like it, I will spring for an ongoing yoga class somewhere.

Anyway, I'd run afterwards, but I have to head up to my running store for our training group kick-off. In addition to being a social hour, I fill out forms with info on my recent training, race experience, goals for this go-around, preferred days, etc. Then by Saturday, I'll have my personalized plan from now through Madision.

QOD- Brooks Addiction. I'm on my 3rd pair. I might try a pair of Saucony next time, that fit the same as the Addiction but were cushier. I almost got them in fall but it was too close to Philly. I can get about 315-320 out of mine before I have to at least retire them from long runs.
