Morning everyone. Managed to haul my carcass out of a bed in time to make the Boulder Trail Runners 5:30am trail run this morning. Cold and icy, but a lot of fun!

after last night's run, my lower back and legs are feeling it...it is obvious i hadn't run in several weeks. anyway, my plan for today is to do some hot vinyasa yoga. i know that the stretching has to help.

Disc golf looks fun... one of those things I've been meaning to try for a while...

3 miles on the mill for me. The wind was gusting up to 50 mph this a.m. so I stayed inside and only ran 3.

Good training to all.

3 miles tonight.
After Sundays 7 and yesterdays 4 I found I had to go easy today. This was the first time I felt sore since I started running again in the beginning of November. I have an 8k race on Sunday so I dont want to be sore going in to that.
