<p>Even in the dark I could tell that much pot-hole work is gonna need to be done in the Spring by the Waterford Township Department of Public Works. Maybe they could widen the shoulders a little while they're at it??? The white stripe is sometimes ALL I have to work with; of course, I can always hop on someone's lawn if I need to</p>

<p>Currier and Ives-ish around here lately.  Might go to a Birthday Party at the home of Farmer Grey later. </p>

<p>1 mile walk and 40 minutes of core work this morning.  Heading out for a 5 or 6 mile run (depends on how well the trail is plowed) at lunchtime, then I hope to run a few more miles this evening on the hotel treadmill.  May even swim a few laps, just to score some swimming points for once.  That should be the perfect ending to a perfect day.</p>

<p>Ran 1.07 to the gym this morning for a 6am spin class. Instructor didn't show (and apparently is now fired). <span><img alt="mad.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/mad.gif"> So I did my 8x400 intervals instead and ran home again. So, total:</span></p>

<p><span>5.45 running total + .25 walking warm up- 23 pts</span></p>
<p><span>5 mins stretching- 1 pt= 24 total for team 2! :D</span></p>
