I always have to talk myself into doing the interval repeats. They're getting longer and therefore harder. I guess that's as it should be with less than five weeks left until the race.

4 x 0.75 miles: 5:03, 4:53, 5:02, 4:55 (6:38 avg pace). The faster repeats were slightly uphill -- go figure. I think my form is better on a slight incline.

Stats: 10:15, 1:20 (7:51/mi) overall.

Good runs, everyone.

Good Morning WRFB - nice intervals!

Well, I was just checking in to see how the site was doing. I hope Rich has got those hackers kicked!

I haven't run yet, but I guess I'll post my last night's run. 6 miles on the TM - starting to be that time a year where I need to start using the TM . . . started at 8:00 pace and worked my way down to 7:24, then the last was a cool down.

Good runs to all today - I hope to get one in today after work.

Good morning WRFB and Pink. It was time for a untimed fun run for a change. 6 easy miles this morning @ conversational pace. Only 73 degrees and a cool N. Wind. Humidity was down a bit as well making it a pretty pleasant run for a change.

Are you going to join us in Hartford this year for brunch after the race or dinner the night before?

I ran 3.3 this morning in IRC, such a difference from the humidity of the last several days.

Hey Lou, I have to talk myself into intervals too. And tempo runs, like today. Good luck with the continuing wedding preparations!

9 miles with [email protected]:10 (7:03, 7:12, 7:11, 7:10)

The cooler weather sure helps. A few weeks ago in the H&H I struggled to run [email protected]:30.

Evening all - 5 miles for me this evening, run in 37:30. Actually felt like an easy run, along Sandymount Strand. Strange to feel so comfortable as we ran 10 miles yesterday morning, so expected to feel that run in my legs, but no!

Any volunteers for Moderator?

(p.s., I hate not having access to all these smiley's. Not sure if people get my humor, or lack thereof, when I don't use smiley's)

Time to let the Easter Bunny run amok again. Hi, all!

Dale, that quad must be acting as it should, thinking about Bawston and all. I plan on stalking Pro on the day. I am really looking forward to that.

I did lotsa hills today. Tough w/o. Hope some dividends will show up at the right time.

If hally doesn't wanna be moderator, how about millbot! Keep the young 'un outta trouble. Or should that be "out of a pickle"?

Nice place to run, Liam. How's the weather?

I'm missing out on something as usual, what happened to duckgeek?? or is he not interested, if not, my votes for moderator are the Tamster and/or Millbot, that is if Hally doesn't want to.

Hmmm, how to take that ...

Not a chance, Ciagr. Remember, I'll be fueled with the leftover "Creme de Meth." Oh, my ... that egrdism still makes me cackle.

Guinness carb load, though, pre-race? Maybe Liam can bring some fresh stuff.
