I always have to talk myself into doing the interval repeats. They're getting longer and therefore harder. I guess that's as it should be with less than five weeks left until the race.<br><br>
4 x 0.75 miles: 5:03, 4:53, 5:02, 4:55 (6:38 avg pace). The faster repeats were slightly uphill -- go figure. I think my form is better on a slight incline.<br><br>
Stats: 10:15, 1:20 (7:51/mi) overall.<br><br>
