I planned to do 10 today, but my body was completely uncooperative. My legs are sore, tight, and unresponsive. I didn't even last a mile on the treadmill this morning. I said screw having a rotten run and went home. I've never bailed on a run like that before.<br><br>
A thunderstorm came through and left drizzle and nice cool 70 degree temperatures, so I headed outside after that for 6 painful, slow miles. I was still having a rotten run physically but was glad to be outside running in the rain, looking at people's flowerbeds and having a duck family quack at me.<br><br>
Am I allowed to blame PMS for poor running?
