Well, today was another good day I think.<br><br>
10 min walking on the mill<br>
15 on the bike<br>
10 min running, very, very slowly.<br><br>
I see my ART guy this afternoon, so I guess he will tell me if I am hurting myself doing that.<br><br>
Oh, and I have recently read that a midfoot strike is easier on the achlles than a heel strike, so I am trying to learn to do that. I am a very heavy heel striker though, so it may take some work, But if it helps, that would be great!<br><br>
