Well, today was another good day I think.<br><br>
10 min walking on the mill<br>
15 on the bike<br>
10 min running, very, very slowly.<br><br>
I see my ART guy this afternoon, so I guess he will tell me if I am hurting myself doing that.<br><br>
Oh, and I have recently read that a midfoot strike is easier on the achlles than a heel strike, so I am trying to learn to do that. I am a very heavy heel striker though, so it may take some work, But if it helps, that would be great!<br><br>

Seems like a lot of guys named ART are pretty popular with injured runners these days. <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif"><br><br>
Ran hills last night with the half-mary group...hill is 600m long @ 4%...did 7 repeats. It was pretty darn cold....considering we have been running in shorts. No shorts last night.<br><br>
Doing a steady 5 miler tonight....I'm starting to lose weight...down 7 pounds since Christmas...340 to go.

7.5 miles in 1:20 at an easy pace. The threshold run yesterday seemed to help lower overall HR again. I will continue the weekly threshold runs until just before the HM in May.
