I'm freezing my knockers off here at work.

Ha - I still can't believe you've never had meatballs, wippy. A meatball dinner should be on your short list.

I hear you on the weather. It was -10 this morning. No matter how you look at it, that is just not right.
 
Fun for me? DH's birthday. I am trying to organize a happy hour as we "speak."

Let's not discount the yumminess of good old fashioned spaghetti and meatballs.

I use bread crumbs, egg, onion, garlic and herbs too. Never tried mixing up the meats, but that does sound delish, Litch.

Woot! This thread is making me hungry! Well, it was. Just took DH to Ocean Grill for lunch and I had a sauteed shrimp special on pesto rice and roasted artichoke hearts. MMMM. Beats the sub I usually have.
