[email protected]$$</a> coach said 3x800 in 3:15. Splits were 3:19, 3:13, 3:16. meh... I wished they were a little better than that, but it is an improvement over the last time I did 800s. Legs were a little sore today too. I kinda had a choppy run week last week. Oh well. W/ warm up and cool down I totaled 5 miles in 40:11. now to rush off to bed to prepare for another 12 hr shift... oh joy!</p>
