My foot. Let's see, the wrap came off Monday night (not too smelly I might add!), and the foot felt really different. Not good, not bad, just different. I had an extremely busy day at work on Tuesday, which means I was on my feet for about 6 hours total. Definitely not the way I wanted to treat my foot for its first day of "freedom". The foot was hurting quite a bit when I went home, but it was a different pain; more a burning sensation, less a sharp stabbing pain like previously.<br><br>
I went and worked out. 30 minutes bike at an average HR of 139, followed by 30 minutes of swimming (1100 meters). I got two really bad cramps while swimming; one in my right calf, and one in my left foot (where my PF is!). Ouch!!! I went home and iced and elevated the foot. Ahhh, that's better!<br><br>
Today. The foot feels kinda okay. I should be able to rest it a little bit better while at work since I need to sit down and get caught up with admin stuff. Boring, but required.<br><br>
I plan on doing 45 minutes of biking this evening.<br><br>
Oops, gotta go...work crisis.
