It was raining this morning, so I hit the Y for weights and then ran 3.4 miles at lunch. My lunch-time course included a loop around an island in the middle of the Susquehanna River, where they were gearing up for flooding. I plan to run at lunch again tomorrow as it's supposed to be 50 degrees; however, I suspect I will have to alter my course because of flooding.
I've eaten my weight in Ibuprofin and nearly drank my weight in scotch and beer tonight... so the knee feels pretty good at this point! Unfortunately no running though.<br><br>
Tomorrow I'm headed to Kentucky where I'll be greeted by a winter storm just in time for the 50 miler.<br><br>
