I will get 1 hour on the bike trainer to work out the kinks in my legs.. plus a walk, Core and stretch!<br><br>

8 tough miles last night - I'm over reached and need to back off a bit.<br><br>
day of rest today, I'll take it day by day till the weekend.

Yes, but the 2+ hours of volleyball Tuesday night still have my knees screaming - I'm thinking either keep it to 1 hour next week or skip it for 1 week.<br><br>
Time to add a couple of more leg weight workouts - Extensions and Curls. I really do not want to add squats again - yet.
