<p>13.1 miles this morning.  2.25 mi warmup; 4 X 2 mile repeats w/ .5 mile intervals; cool down.  oa pace 7:36</p>
<p>Ran this in the hills and goal pace for the repeats was mp.  hit the 1st one, close on the second. 25 seconds off on 3rd, and 19 seconds off on last.  Last two were the hilliest and head winds so all in all an ok workout; as I felt especially tired this morning.  Achilles seems ok this morning.  May have to quit racing the T6 flats?</p>

<p>Tom, I probably won't run another Boston as their are too many alternatives.   So a Boston hat is likely out of the question.  Another hat is another story!!</p>

<p>Did 10.5 miles at 7.30 pace average with the guys today. It got very frisky and the pace at points was far hotter than 7.30. Lunchtime and I had a progressive Tempo run. It went well but the pace I was running use to be my marathon pace. I have a long way to go :¬0</p>

<p>Weather is quite good here today about 10 degrees C</p>

<p>Recovered nicely from my workout yesterday so I ran a medium effort this morning. </p>
<p>9 miles 67:50 2% incline 950 ft elevation gain</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Warming up starting tomorrow so I may find a 5k to jump into over the weekend.</p>

<p>4.5 mile recovery jog today with two co-workers at 11:05/mi pace.  37 degrees Farenheit. </p>

<p>Tomorrow is scheduled to be a mid-week medium long run but I may run another tempo instead since my long run is Saturday and my tempo's are only 20:00 long right now.  Less likely to start overtraining if I run 2 20:00 tempo runs and a Long Run, than if I run a tempo, a medium long and a long.  I guess if I knew that I would berunning my long run on Sunday I might choose differently. </p>

<p>Gobi, did I count 2 runs today for you today?</p>

<p>I'm not sure I belong in this company.  4 miles SEP recovery, 9:05 pace, and planning to stick with a gym w/o tomorrow.  I'm running the NYC Half on Sunday, so I plan a shortish tempo on Fri., maybe 2 mi w/u and then 4-5 mile tempo.</p>

<p>6 miles easy RAW.  The foot's getting a bit barky again and I had to stop to adjust the padding twice, but it was the warmest run this yet this year (OK, still in tights and LS shirt),  so it's all goot!</p>

<p>I did my 8 tonight with a little bit of speed work thrown in. I'll make my 30-mile goal this week again, but for some reason my legs are stressed.</p>
<p>I'm thinking it's time for some sports massage therapy.</p>
