Stupid greyhound - dog's afraid of storms and we had a doozy roll though here last night. Got very little sleep and what I did get was interrupted every 60-90 minutes by whining, panting or thunder. No run for me yet, might be able to get my 10 miler in tonight.<br><br>
Ugh, tired enough that I almost called off work today.

6 miles for me this morning in 1 hr. I wasn't feeling it during this run. Tomorrow will be better though.<br><br>

Just got home from a 9 mile night trail run. Felt awesome... it was effortless. That doesn't happen often... it's been a LONG LONG time since a run was that fast and that easy. Looking forward to the next time it happens.. in 2009 or 2010!<br><br>
