Planning on getting 8 miles in tonight...<br><br>

14 with 5x (5 minutes hard / 5 minutes easy) at the end.<br><br>
Legs still a little toasty from the SUN/Mon thing - but overall a good workout.<br><br>
Now off to the YMCA for weights and light cross training -<br><br>
