<p>Well workout yesterday at the Y was fine. A little higher resistance while biking... gosh I almost sweated!!

<p>Today is strength - it is all body-weight stuff and then some specific stuff for the ol' hip and knee. REALLY happy how the knee is handling the increase in activity!</p>

<p>QOD - absolutely no idea. I don't record much.</p>
