for people to post their favorite weight workouts or move....<br><br>
Should we do it where there are threads for each body part or groupings? Or just one thread to list your workout in? What do you think? Then we can ask about each other's weight workouts or post suggestions on someone's workout to make it harder/easier/more effective or whatever....

I like separating them somehow. Maybe by body part. That way, when I want a great core exercise, for example, I can go right to that thread to see what new ideas the rest of you might have for me.
