Tabouleh is a salad I've always felt I should like but didn't. The parsely flavor is just too strong. Then, today, I tried it on top of some crackers and hummus. pretty good stuff!
just thought I'd share.

Mmmm, that sounds good. Love hummus and tabbouleh, so why not together?

Maybe you could try replacing the parsley with shredded mint (?)

I kind of like the Israeli cous-cous in tabbouleh. It's a bit more substantial, if that makes any sense, than the regular and doesn't take that much longer to cook.

I only like tabbouleh with hummus. Same with tehini, I only like it in small amounts with the tabbouleh and hummus. Now throw on a little babaganoush, or a few felafel, and I'm in heaven!

(suddenly my spaghetti squash isn't sounding so interesting)

I love tabouleh, hummus, falafal, babaganoush, etc. I love parsley, and will eat tabouleh plain, but on hummus sounds good, too. I'm a big fan of tahini!

In fact, we had hummus as one of the many snack offerings during our super bowl party. Good stuff!
