<p>Good morning. Porty- good job on your run. My PF is in a constant state of annoyance, never really painful for the most part. It is a nuisance for sure.</p>

It was a snore-fest in the first half, also rain/lightning delayed....I rolled over and went to sleep.  I guess I missed the excitement.</p>

<p>yeah, i have had long standing PF issues for about 15 years, LOL. Good shoes ALL DAY LONG and good inserts in my running shoes, that combined with massage on my feet keeps it at bay.</p>

<p>I had a lovely walk with Easy after dropping off Miss Sunshine at school.  Perfect fall weather today.</p>

<p>Tonight I am meeting with my relay team for a practice night run.  I have a headlamp and a reflective vest, but I need to go to the store and get a flashing red light.  It's a rleay from Chattanooga to Nashville, 185 miles.</p>
