Vrrrmmmm is what a car says!<br><br>
VRAA...it's a contest to keep you motivated.<br><br>
You're on a team...your team scores points depending on which activity and how long/far you do it in.<br><br>
I scored like 350 points for my Ironman!<br><br>
Anyhoo-your team gets ranked.<br><br>
Last round there was no individual board, so I wasn't as motivated...I was on it a bunch during tough training. With all you mega IM stars...I'm sure you'll outshine me!<br><br>
We have some ultra marathon folks who are constantly on top.<br><br>
All in all it's good fun!
