Reminder that the scoring starts this Friday, April 27. Stay tuned here for further details.

Keep in mind that we migrate to the new Kickrunner website on Saturday. In case we hiccup, be prepared to re-enter your workouts at the new thread after the migration is complete. I don't anticipate problems, but its good to be prepared.

For those of you new to the game, welcome. Sorry there are not a lot of instructions posted yet, but gameplay is simple: Do your daily workout, then come here to enter your points. That's it.

There will some minor scoring adjustments:

- Road cycling will be adjusted for a more equitable score, compared to stationary cycling in the general cardio category.

- For increased enjoyment for all, an individual point cap will be established. This rule effects only a few players.

- Although I considered increasing swim points, we'll observe one more round as is. All other scoring remains the same.

On Friday, the teams will be announced. I'm aiming for teams of 12-15.

And oh, I almost forgot. The race begins in sunny Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Hopefully Diablita is not off conquering the world and will have us over for a cool beverage!
