The poll seems like a good idea, if you don't mind some outside your "Masters" population, or subset, voting for your mod. Anyone can vote.<br><br>
You could have the poll public, but then everyone would see who voted for who.<br><br>

I'm willing to do it, but would also love the idea of co-moderators. That way if one person needs to take a break or is gone for an extended time, then someone else is there as backup. Although, it would probably make things easier and more efficient for Rich if there was only one moderator . . . and that may be the way he prefers it anyways, just one moderator.

It would be a good idea, then we can complain to one about the other one.
