So all these ladies in my gym talk about how great these Vitamuffins are. I had to try them. YUM!!! Very good! I had a chocolate one this morning for breakfast. Only 100 calories and something like 7g of fiber. Not entirely certain it will last me till lunch but definately worth the purchase! Any other really good easy breakfast suggestions (as in "no cooking needed"<img alt="wink.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/wink.gif">?
