So all these ladies in my gym talk about how great these Vitamuffins are. I had to try them. YUM!!! Very good! I had a chocolate one this morning for breakfast. Only 100 calories and something like 7g of fiber. Not entirely certain it will last me till lunch but definately worth the purchase! Any other really good easy breakfast suggestions (as in "no cooking needed"<img alt="wink.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/wink.gif">?

There's no way 100 Cal will last you too lunch. Even with 7 g of fiber. <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif"> Hope you brought a banana for midmorning

They are in the freezer section. They are really yummy! And QN, I brought a yogurt which I ate just cause I figured even if I did feel like I could make it to lunch, I would then eat the contents of the fridge!!! Yep, 100 cals wasn't quite enough but better than some other quick fix breakfasts!!

I've always wondered how those are. I'm glad to know someone else has tried them first...<img alt="laughing8.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/laughing8.gif"> I've seen the mix for them in the store, too, even though you did ask for "no-cook" suggestions. The mix might be cheaper.
