<p>Sunday - my wife will pledge a sprint triathlon (400yd swim, 15mile bike, 5K run)</p>
<p>If friday counts I plan on swimming 1.6 - 2.4 miles in OW. (its a marked course .4 mile lengths. )</p>

<p>I have a 2 mile OW swim race Saturday, so I almost have the swim distance covered!   Long run Sunday, probably about 16 miles.</p>
