<p>Okay, we're covering miles for slow_n_steady</p>
<p> </p>
<p>SillySally and slow_n_steady are doing IMC and therambler is doing IMKY... so that's at total of 7.2 Swim miles, 336 Bike miles, and 78.6 run miles.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Including mmoon's completed 19 miles, we're looking good on pledged miles for the run.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>I'll check in with swimmerbee to see if she has some swim miles to toss in.  I'll get some swim and bike in tomorrow, but if you've got more miles, we could probably use them... oh, and beverages.  Definitely need more adult beverages!</p>

<p>I didn't get around to posting in the pledge thread but I'll toss in 1100 m swimming, 5.9 miles running, 20 miles on the bike. I may add another run but I'm not sure yet. For lovely beverages, I'm giving up a tamarind whiskey sour and some Tunnel Hill pinot noir.</p>

<p>I have been gone SOOOOO long from here, but I wanted to post my miles for our IMers.</p>

<p>Yesterday, I rode 60 miles.  Today, I'll be swimming 1 mile and running 10 miles.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>I'll try to jump back in and at least post on the daily thread.  Sorry I've been MIA.</p>

<p>1 hr standing in the baking sun handing out water to runners on the bike path.</p>

<p>49.xx mile ride for son1 and mom.  Got lost.  One of those "don't worry Mom, I know where this road goes"  Uh, no he didn't!!!</p>

<p>For beverages, UDF Seriously Chocolate milk.  It's to die for!!!</p>

<p>I posted in the pledge thread so to recap-4 ow choppy head current miles swum by human @ 60 ow fishy miles swum by my 20 dolphin escort (for over 3 of the 4 miles) my paddler also swam the last .2 miles due to surf entry/exit issues so if its only human swimmers that count you are still covered.</p>

<p>still have the same email.  Swam today from the beach I took you out on all those years ago!  I need to do some RR's for the races I just finished in ALaska, the first I was also assistant RD for!  I have been travelling a lot for work too and am happy to get to swim in my own ocean today!</p>

<p>Today was fantasy football draft day (which for our group takes as long as the NFL's used to LOL)</p>

<p>Managed to sneak in 800 m in the pool afterward plus down a couple of Lagunitas IPAs and a whole bunch of not-so-healthy but awfully tasty foods during the draft itself</p>

<p>I got my 20 mile run in on Saturday.  I spent all day Sunday working the women's change tent at IMKY.  The pros didn't need or want help.  But the later it got, the more help that was needed.  I helped put on sports bras, helped apply sunscreen and body glide and even helped remove shoes and change socks.  I must have done 1000 squats yesterday.  That has got to count for something!!</p>
