<p>Somehow we've let it slide pretty much that SlowNSteady is doing a full IM-length race tomorrow!!  Let's see if we can rack up the virtual miles to match!</p>

<p>I'll pledge a 7 mile run on Saturday and 22 mile bike on Sunday.  Sadly, I can't raise a glass of vino so others will have to make up for that loss (paging Dr. Bannon, paging Dr. Bannon)!</p>

<p>i've got injury covered..broke my nose and plan to swim an easy mile on my back tomorrow (anyway).  So 1 mile swim & broken nose and too many doctor consults!</p>

<p>On the prevention side of things--narrowly missing two pretty good thunderstorms, riding to and from the race venue.  At the race venue, frantically holding down the tent, preventing stuff from blowing away and/or getting drenched.  </p>

<p>swam 2 miles with that broken nose in very choppy water, paddled 2 horus the day before and encountered a friendly seal, I think that covered water plus injury!</p>
