<p>I'll pledge rough water preventatives:  AC and I are going white water rafting on Saturday, so we'll take the bumps, bruises, and knocking around so Mike can have a smoooth IM swim.</p>

<p>Hmmm supposed to do 30-40 cycling sat, 5miles run sat. then sunday 30-40more. However, we're having a post-ironman celebration so.... we'll see. I do promise about 8-10 beers though. Because it will be hot, and all :)</p>

<p>once everyone goes out on the swim, I may take a run along the bike / run course.. I figure if I go out pretty early, I can get back before the pros hit the run course.  might be tricky, but I'm sure I can make it work. so, i'll go with 6-7 miles of running- maybe. </p>

<p>Bike--Friday 85mi, Sat 82mi.  HHH with heat advisory/warning.  Chased by one dog.  Nearly taken out by an idiot who coudln't wait to make a right turn.</p>

<p>Tree planting tomorrow, maybe OW swim in the afternoon.</p>
