I don't even know how to describe this one. I have a sore spot, like maybe 4 inches by 4 inches on the outer quad about half way between my knee and my hip. Doesn't hurt to run on it but its like that one spot is sore after I do anything. I'm religious about stretching and use my foam roller after my long run on the weekend. Its not a big deal, but I wondered if anyone else had experienced this or if I'm just a mutant?? <img alt="confused.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/confused.gif">
