This is one of my macrobiotic recipes. The only sweet thing i have eaten in over a month <img alt="smile.gif" src=""> (for more info on macrobiotics, see my blog)<br><br><br>
1 cup brown rice syrup<br>
1/3 cup nut butter<br>
2 tbs umeboshi vinegar (if you can not find this you should be fine)<br><br>
-heat in a saucepan until bubbly.<br><br>
In a medium bowl, combine 3-4 cups of organic brown rice crisp cereal and syrup mixture. Stir and move to a greased pan. Let cool and then cut and serve.<br><br>
You can make this recipe your own and add peanuts, nuts, chips, etc in it as well.

Now if you can find a recipe that duplicates meatballs you will be my hero forever!
