Didya know that in Japan this is a day when women give chocolate to men? In particular, secretaries (I am NOT making this up) and office workers ply their bosses with chocolate.

I only found out about this because this Japanese girl has been giving chocolate to all the men in the department. Hmmmmm....

14.2 miles in 1:58. The rest of the runs this week are going to be pokey.

Have good ones all.

I hope this is okay over here. I used to do it on that "other" board.

Moderator: let me know if you want to keep it to just run report posts.

I am enjoying a rest day today, after violating the contract with my body and doing a 4th day in a row yesterday. Surprisingly, the body is feeling very good today. Maybe I should start considering a 4 day on, 1 day off schedule. Although, once this weather breaks, and I start mixing in some harder runs, that might not work so well. Don't know...have to give that some thought.

Anyway, glad I don't have to run today. Mother nature has thrown everything, including the kitchen sink, at us today. Rain, sleet, snow, high winds, etc. About the only thing we HAVEN'T seen is the sun.

As always, I hope you all have a good/safe run today.

10 miles this morning. I screwed up and pressed stop on my garmin instead of lap so I think my total time was about 1 hour 26 minutes.
