Heartburn is my current diet-helper. I've never had heartburn. Then, <boom> I have it. And it first hit after I loaded up on salads and other vegetables at a Fresh Choice buffet last week.

Anyway, the spectre of more heartburn makes me think twice before eating anything.

I have not eaten eclairs since 1965. I went to Boston then as a kid... ate eclairs for desert. Came home and threw up. They have NEVER appealled to me since.

My grandma always said that eating warm baked goods would make you sick. To this day, my father will not eat warm baked goods. We're convinced Grandma said that to keep her 9 kids from eating all the baked goods as they came out of the oven. Here, once you cut into a loaf of just out of the oven bread, it's gone.

There is one generic brand of the whitening mouthwash (the kind you use before you brush) that totally killed my tastebuds, and I didn't want to eat because I couldn't taste anything.
