Andrew and I are running Umstead, and were just discussing his need of cold chocolate milk. Having no crew (we're flying in) would anyone have any crew who could either take some chocolate milk off our hands Friday night or Saturday morning, and stash it with their runner stuff? Andrew has a collapsible cooler he would put this choco milk into. Thanks if anyone can help!<br><br>
And actually, speaking for myself, I would love it if I could throw my drop bag at someone's crew spot instead of going those extra inches inside the HQ for my drop bag as needed.

You are welcome to put your stuff with ours. Last year (i think?) i had a small cooler with ice and ensure or soy milk and sent it down to the mid-way aid station on the course and it stayed pretty cool. It should not be as hot as last year.

Meredith, did you send it down the night before? Was that the cut off for drop bags, or was it the morning of the race.<br>
(I'm guilty of not having even read the race packet yet. Assuming race is starting same time as last year and every t hing!)
