Okay, I'm an experiment of one.<br><br>
I um like it. It took a bit, and my first attempts left me a bit rumbly in my tumbly as Tigger would say.<br><br>
But, I ran a hard TM run last week and a 20 miler this past weekend with it along and I found it didn't bother me in the least. I had to drink a lot to get past the foam, and burped a bit, but I found that it kept me hydrated sufficiently and didn't curdle in my stomach like Gatorade does.<br><br>
I also didn't suffer from a sugar spike, but felt strongish throughout the run (16 miles on was a bit rough).<br><br>
I'll manage okay if they mix it properly at the race. No adverse effects yet.
