<p>Bonus Points are the same - you will <em><strong>give yourself the 5 point race bonus</strong></em> for any of the following: volunteer, set a PR, race, donate blood, post your activity in the daily thread <strong><em>every day for a week</em></strong>...</p>

<p>.... AND <strong>New To This Round</strong> - gonna make you stretch, stree-eetch! I think many of us are guilty of not enough stretching, myself included. Stretching is important and will make us better athletes by keeping us loose and preventing injury. SO every time you take 15 minutes <em><strong>pre or post</strong></em> run/race to stretch, or participate in a yoga/stretching class or DVD - you can claim 5 bonus points - <strong><em>on top of the alternate points you would regulary tally for the workout</em>.</strong> Yes, I realize this can result in astronomically high points racking up. I don't care. It doesn't really matter in the end if the total points are 5,000 or 50,000. </p>
