10.2 miles in 1:22:08.<br><br>
5 miles at HM pace, felt pretty strong actually, could have done more. 2.5 miles to warm up and 2.5 to bracket the other end. Last half mile at MP.<br><br>
All on the dreadmill. Incline 1.5%.

I broke the contract with my body tonight. Tonight was the 4th night in a row. Because of that, I took it really easy and went really short.<br><br>
Surprisingly, my body has not gotten angry at me yet. The knees, ankles, everything feels okay. About the only discomfort is in my right glut, but that has been acting up for a while, so it has nothing to do with tonight's run.<br><br><b>Run Segments<br>

Lots of TM runs today, including mine.<br><br>
Sierra, where are you today? You have been making some pretty impressive improvment. Hope you didn't blow it yesterday.<br><br>
For me...<br><br>
AM - 5.8 miles in 60 min with HR at 75%<br>
PM - 3.5 miles of run/walk in 40 min with HR at 70%<br><br>
Overall a good day.

Nope, I am just not running two days in a row, dont want to push my luck, I did 45 min yesterday so today is an off day! But thanks for asking! :d
