Crappola sleep last night. Oy! Just like meri and Chupa, I am certain we need a new mattress.<br>
We may bite the bullet and look into the sleep number bed system. Sis and her DH have one, and love it! $$$$ ouch $$$$<br><br><br>
Have a TM slog to do, then likely go out to school to continue RR interventions.<br>
If this freezing rain/sleet/snow continues, I may stay home and bake bread instead. <img alt="rolleyes.gif" class="bbcode_smiley" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/rolleyes.gif">

<p>My mom and dad have a sleep number, and it's pretty cool.  It's also king sized, so when we stayed in their room, I felt like we needed our phones to talk to each other.  Heh.</p>

<p>Had a rough time sleeping, too.  Legs were achy.  I'm gonna take it a little easier today.</p>

<p>Zoe was so overtired last night and woke up 100000 times that i was sure she was sick, but a temp of 98.8 this morning! Whew. She seems fine now too. Library story time, then sending her off to school, then run and off to work (maybe stop at Target on my way into work, hehe).</p>

<p>I've been getting crappy sleep the past week or so.  Tons of stress.  FINALLY was able to get to sleep last night.  Only to be woken by the dog barking.  I sorta feel sorry for the stupid dog.  He's going senile and doesn't know what to do so he paces and barks.  But at 2am?!<img alt="cussing.gif" id="user_yui_3_4_1_2_1326805836519_164" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/cussing.gif"></p>

<p>Was awake at 330am.  Up at 4 and out the door for a run at 5am.</p>
<p>Paid two tuition bills so now I am crying in my coffee. </p>

Wow, lots of sleep issues in the g'morn thread today. <img alt="sad.gif" class="bbcode_smiley" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/sad.gif"><br><br>
No work for me; the staff knows I won't be in on days like this~~~~> roads are nasty, drifty, icy, snowy, etc etc.<br><br><br>
So I managed a gallow plod of seven on the TM....colon issues and heavy legs pissed me off big time. <img alt="mad.gif" class="bbcode_smiley" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/mad.gif"><br><br><br>

<p>A tad warmer here, -30 with -40 wind chill.  That equates to:  -22 F with -40F wind chills.  When it gets down that far it sorta becomes this singularity.  The missus refused to let me go running, but I used to... </p>

<p>I am home from work and in my pj's not headed anywhere, it's warmed up.  It's -30 with a -39 windchill.  So, unfortunately I am not kidding.  But we've had a wonderful winter so far, so I can't complain, but it sure was hard getting out of bed this morning. </p>
