<p>Not fun: I go bck to work Monday and am in total denial about it!   Though I am excited to see my friends!</p>

<p>Fun:  Everything else!!  Life is good, Colin is quite the talker now (no surprise there, with who his parent are, ha), Aiden has been visiting preschools and is excited by it.  I am training for the Susan G Komen 3 day and logged a great walk today with 2 of my friends. </p>

<p>Hope everyone has a wonderful afternoon and I am sending no rain vibes to Cali so Kris and Moonie can have a lovely visit!!</p>

Dude. Backtobacktobacktoback meetings all freaking day long today. From 8am to 3:30, when I was finally able to take a break for lunch and then write up notes/questions/what-to-do-next lists from all the meetings. </p>

<p>I just made a batch of Julia Childs' famous brownies and I'm really hoping they are worthing cuz they were kind of a pain in the ass. </p>

<p>My friend Megan is going to this massive estate sale near her home this weekend and I've been looking at the pictures and I'm seriously jealous.  As much crap as I have given away and thrown away this year there is a ton of stuff that I'd love to decorate with.  She has instructions to find a cheap chicken picture so I can hang it in the new Cluckinghen Palace that we're building, there's a tea pot I want and if she finds any fruit crates she's to buy as many as she can.  ( we both have book shelves and movie shelves made out of fruit and cheese crates) </p>

<p>At some point Megan has to drive to WI from CA to pick up the last of her stuff from her mom's house and we were talking about making the almost cross country drive together and taking all back roads, hitting Rocky Mountain NP, and going antique/vintage shopping from state to state.  I would love for a trip like this to pan out! </p>

<p>i had a rather busy day at work and was covering the place by. myself. which is always a little scary. thankfully, nothing too crazy happened. anyhow, there was an emergency, last minute meeting called for 7AM tomorrow and i really need to go to it.. but i haven't been able to find a sitter so last minute esp since they'd have to be here by oh, 5:30. SO, i cleared it with the other attendees... and i'm bringing AK with. WISH ME LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>

<p>I"m back from Halifax and that's IT for the traveling!  at least for a little while.  I have not slept since Friday night.  Bad night's sleep on Saturday at home led to 2 bad hotel night's of sleep.  I could sleep for a week.  EASY.</p>
