Mild tonight. Yea! Breezy 60F at 6:30p<br><br>
11 miles total<br>
2.5 warm-up<br>
6.25 @ T-pace "cruise intervals" (8x 5min; with 1 min recoveries)<br>
2.25 cool-down<br><br>
Our group moved to the road for this workout. We have measured 1/4 miles to help keep proper pace. Averaged 6:21 for the T-pace work.<br><br>
Felt good. Now 3.5 weeks to go to goal race.
