good job on the run Riley! 30 min of running in humidity is HARD! When I was back in MN this past July, I was out running most mornings by about 7 a.m. and it was already humid. Even doing a short 4 miler was HARD for me in that thick air.<br><br>
Enjoy your backpacking trip John! I hope S is cleared for driving. I'm sure she's getting antsy to get back to not being dependent on you to drive her places too. Tell her I said Hello!<br><br>
I'll get in a TM run after work tonight. Since my Monday run was cut short at 3 miles, I want to do about 6 tonight, then am aiming for a minimum of 10 on Friday a.m., maybe a little more if I'm feeling good. Then I'll be up in the mountains this weekend and should be able to get in a short run on Saturday a.m. also, before it gets too warm.
