The script kiddies haven't chased everyone away now, right?

It's a beautiful cool morning here, 52 F. I always overdress when the weather starts to cool off. 8 easy miles for me.

Happy Tuesday!

Hi, Millbot. I finally got back on.

Best of luck to Rick in getting past this hacker thing.
I started the 60 minute running program by Switzer and ran 30 mins. Very humid, very uncomfortable. But I finished my run.....that's the important thing.
Good morning all, today I'll be running 10 miles at the gym sometime later on. First I take my wife to the drs. as it's been 5 weeks since the surgery (herniated disc in neck), hopefully she'll be cleared to drive.

Tomorrow AM, I'm leaving for a get together with an old friend in Bishop, CA. for an overnight backpack trip in the Sierra's. Back in the day, we did this on a fairly regular basis, but since I left CA some 15 years ago, it's been a rare occurance. We've been planning this trip for a couple of years and things just keep getting in the way.

Hopefully the site will stay up for a while now, Rich must be way past the point of frustration.

Will check back in this afternoon after the run.

ETA- I just realized I'm posting on yesterday's thread. That's what I get for getting up at 5:30AM
good job on the run Riley! 30 min of running in humidity is HARD! When I was back in MN this past July, I was out running most mornings by about 7 a.m. and it was already humid. Even doing a short 4 miler was HARD for me in that thick air.

Enjoy your backpacking trip John! I hope S is cleared for driving. I'm sure she's getting antsy to get back to not being dependent on you to drive her places too. Tell her I said Hello!

I'll get in a TM run after work tonight. Since my Monday run was cut short at 3 miles, I want to do about 6 tonight, then am aiming for a minimum of 10 on Friday a.m., maybe a little more if I'm feeling good. Then I'll be up in the mountains this weekend and should be able to get in a short run on Saturday a.m. also, before it gets too warm.
