<p>Morning my running friends.  Another day in the 80's here but should be in the 70's in a couple of days.  I hope to get out at lunch at run 5, but we will see how the day goes.</p>

<p>Lat night was quiet night in the house.  The kids were all very mellow and home work was done early.</p>

<p>I imagine Paul was up late last night watching Brady throw for 5 million yards.</p>
