Morning all;

Last run in Austin. Traveling back to Chicago today. Planned on an easy 5'er but ended with 5.5 miles w/ 4 @ m-pace. Felt good uphill and downhill. A bit cooler... 62F. Just need to load up the car and get moving...

RA- travel safe. Honk your horn when you go by my hood

Dan- running w/ your eyes closed can not be very safe.

I got in 4 of my planned 6 today. Legs just plain achey all over. I guess they're telling me I ramped up too fast the past 2 weeks.

Tough job yesterday holding down the couch. I think I watched about 6hrs of Animal Cops. And another show about stuff left inside after surgery. Took some Nyquil and slept pretty much straight for 12hrs, although I'm certain I was still coughing. Whatever, it's time for Mom to get back to work. Good golly the house is trashed! Son3 is home today. Not sure if he's "sick" sick, or if his English paper isn't done.

Good morning everyone and nice job on all of the running this morning. I got in a nice 5.25 miles. It was probably the best run I have had in a long time. ONe of those where you zone out and forget that you are running. Have a good morning everyone.

Mornin all, another fly-by. Overloaded at work (starting to really hate my job), need to find time to run 10 (especially logging a goose egg yesterday), and parents come into town to visit. The run will happen though, CHOHW as Chances likes to say.

Mom -- Yuck. Get well soon.

Kevin -- 5.25 is "even" enough, I guess. GJ.

Hawk -- You'll do it, by heck. :)

Me -- Got in 45 min on the trainer. Going to work, then run on the greenbelt. Then taking my elder boy to a concert. Should be home around midnight.

10 miles this afternoon. Not one inch less. Purposeful 7:43/mile pace. My workday runs are all like that when life at the office makes me ornery.
