After November 20 I'd be up for a weekly challenge thing for sure to keep motivated. I may throw my hat into the biggest loser winter addition then as well.

I've done a wall sit contest. It hurt. A lot. But had a great time doing it and really enjoyed talking about food while we suffered.)

Basic daily run after work. Had the lower ab cramps again, but kept going and they went away. I was going to run longer, then decided to cut it short in case the cramps came back. Weather is starting to blow in. Temp will drop about 40 degrees by tomorrow and it may snow.

Hopefully some sort of trainer workout this evening, but no guarantee due to general life craziness. Didn't do much over the weekend, though, because of some sort of virus or something that really sapped my energy. Ended up sleeping a lot. Like really a lot.

Legs still pretty sore from Sunday's mountain run...so took it easy on the TM this morning. Walked 5 min then ran 3 miles at an easy pace, then walked another 5 min. Felt like it loosened up everything but still pretty tight this evening. Hoping tomorrow will be a little better since it's "Stroller Wednesday." :)

5 miles. I forced myself to slow down and walk if needed to keep the HR below 150 (147 supposedly the top end of zone 2). 9:30-9:45min/m was what I got. Yikes. A long road to rebuilding. In the evening swam 1700m. Planned to do at least 2000, but I was sucking air, and totally out of sync. Got mad and out of the pool
