Terrible night's sleep last night. We went out for dinner last night to celebrate son1's 19th birthday. I was up at least three times last night for water. I'm failing to understand the "enjoyment" of dining out. But whatever. Everyone else seemed to enjoy themselves.

Super easy spin yesterday morning. Stupid windy so I opted for an O&B with crosswind. Meh... at least I got the legs moving. In the afternoon I met with my pastor. After sitting for an hour, I was slow to get up. Oh yah, you ran the marathon didn't you? Seems there were six from the main church and four from the church plant who ran.

Fishbowl this morning. Again a super easy workout focused on getting stuff moving. 2500meters.

I think I've decided on my spring marathon. Athens will be April 1st. Calvin's Challenge (12hr) is May 6th. I'm thinking there's enough time to recover from Athens and train for CC.

Mom -- Sorry about the sleep. Can relate, though last night was pretty good. And I'm with you -- anymore I like my home cooking over anything else. And way to keep your workout schedule. And Athens, where?

Me -- Got in 10 yesterday morning. Was planning on some wet work, but grandma has been having bad nights lately and needed some company. Think I'll bike to work today.

Today I got in 6 in 49:45. Pretty nice run today. 48* and 10-15 mph North wind.. hands got a little chilly first couple miles. Nice cold front blowing in today- gonna have lows in the 30s for a few days. Too bad I'm gonna be stuck at work on 12 hr shifts... like to be in the deer stand.

I've been feeling off the last few days... reasonable, not good, sleep. Probably need more rest. That said... may get out for a chilly 5'er at lunch and then it's 16 early tomorrow am.

4BM- yeah, you could probably recover and gear up for the 12 hour race after the marathon in Athens.

Um Chances- nice job on the 10 yesterday, but after seeing "Horrible Bosses", I'm hoping you meant swimming when you talked about "wet work".
